OneCall™ System
The
objective of USAdmin's OneCall™ System is to
satisfy the needs of our clients on their first contact with USAdmin.
This means that we answer our phones with live Benefits Executives
trained and experienced in
all aspects of employee benefits administration. When the
number of incoming calls exceeds the number of Benefits Executives
available, calls are routed to our voice mail system. All voice
mails (and e-mails) are returned within two hours of the time they are
received.
Our
Benefits Executives are equipped with the latest tools and we are constantly
training to improve the efficiency, accuracy, timeliness, and
reliability of these tools. The results are monitored and
summarized on a
monthly basis. We consistently achieve the goal of the OneCall™ system
with over 98% of our calls closed on the first contact.
